The high-quality Chefs' Touch spice blends are the result of a collaboration with acclaimed Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge from the early seasons of MasterChef and head chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He teamed up with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaros to create the perfect final seasoning for the kitchen and the grill, suitable for all types of dishes.

This blend contains carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to prepare unique dishes for this year's barbecue. Try the combination of white Kampot pepper and lemon zest with beautiful edible flowers, which will bring freshness and originality to your white meat dishes.

Composition

White Kampot pepper is a gentle yet peppery caress for the taste buds.

After grinding, the aromas of camphor, sage and cedar wood develop, accompanied by a delicate aroma of mace, grapefruit and other citrus. After a few minutes in your mouth you can smell the notes of nutmeg, thyme flower and lemon balm underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Ingredients: White Kampot pepper 75%, dried thyme 8%, salt 7.5%, lemon peel 7.5%, dried marigold 0.6%, dried cornflower 0.6%, dried sunflower 0.3%.
