He teamed up with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaros to create the perfect final seasoning for the kitchen and the grill, suitable for all types of dishes.

This blend contains carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to prepare unique dishes for this year's barbecue. Try the combination of two rare Kampot peppers - red and white - with juniper and freeze-dried cranberries, which are indispensable for venison.

Composition

Red Kampot pepper, thanks to its fruity character, is a true king not only of cold dishes.


It’s perfect for vegetable salads, pairs well with risottos and soups, and don’t hesitate to experiment with it in sweet desserts or mixed drinks. It complements both red meats and lighter poultry or fish dishes.

White Kampot pepper is delicate, yet still a peppery caress for your taste buds. Once ground, it releases notes of camphor, sage, and cedarwood, accompanied by subtle aromas of nutmeg blossom, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few moments, you’ll taste nutty nutmeg, thyme blossom, and lemon balm, layered with cedar and black tea.

It is perfect for grilling during the summer BBQ season and garden parties with family and friends, where this mixture will give your dishes the depth and rich taste of tall (deer, roe deer or fallow deer meat), feathered (pheasant or duck) and black game, represented by wild boar. Even if you are organizing it for the first time.

Packaging

We pack the blend of Kampot pepper and spices into resealable bags of 40 grams.

Thanks to the materials used and a special bag sealing technology, no air or moisture gets into the blend. This way, the mixture retains the authentic taste and aroma of Kampot pepper even after opening the bag.
