The high-quality Chefs’ Touch spice blends are the result of a collaboration with award-winning Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge of the first seasons of MasterChef and head chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He joined forces with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaros to create the perfect final touch for any dish, ideal for your kitchen or grill.

In this blend, you’ll find carefully selected ingredients that will fill your dishes with the well-known aroma of summer grilling. Try the combination of black Kampot pepper, mushrooms, and thyme, evoking the rustic kitchens of our parents and grandparents who took us out into the woods at dawn.

Composition

Black pepper releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor and thyme when ground, accompanied by the scent of lime peel.

These gradually flow into a coastal aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by hints of pine and the earthy tones of mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Ingredients: Black Kampot pepper 73%, dried garlic 9%, dried mushrooms 7.5%, thyme 6%, salt 4.5%.

Packaging

We pack the Kampot pepper and spice blend in resealable pouches with a volume of 40 grams.

Thanks to the materials used and the special pouch sealing technology, no air or moisture gets into the blend. This preserves the authentic flavor and aroma of Kampot pepper even after opening.
