He joined forces with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaros to create the perfect final touch for any dish, ideal for your kitchen or grill.

The blend is designed to enhance vegetable dishes and enhance their already great flavor. The combination of red and white Kampot pepper with citrus zest and star anise will bring an extra refreshing dimension to your light meals and side dishes that vegetables usually lack.

Composition

Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a milder pungency.


At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, gradually transitioning into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the most distinctive aromas of Kampot pepper begin to unfold — citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Ingredients: Red Kampot pepper 33%, salt 29%, white Kampot pepper 15.5%, lemon peel 5.5%, orange peel 5.5%, sugar 5.5%, mace 3%, star anise 2%.

We pack the blend of Kampot pepper and spices into resealable bags of 40 grams.

Thanks to the materials used and a special bag sealing technology, no air or moisture gets into the blend. This way, the mixture retains the authentic taste and aroma of Kampot pepper even after opening the bag. After using it up, you can upcycle the bags as part of sustainability and continue to reuse them in many different ways. Each pack also includes a brochure that tells the story of the world's best pepper and introduces the .pepper..field universe.

Store in undamaged packaging, in clean and dry warehouses for food, at temperatures between +5 and +25 °C, with a relative humidity of max. 70 %.
