Ingredients

Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruit tones with finer burrow.

At first, the tones of rose and rosehip fetus dominate, which subsequently pass into dried cherries. After two to three minutes they begin to develop a more characteristic fragrance for Kampot Pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.

Green lyophilized pepper It brings the most fresh taste of green pepper grains.

Even in this case, expect a pepper taste full of pungency in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green lyophilized pepper combines fresh tones of freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus with a fine dot of sea salt taste.

Strawberry with Kampot m pepper - Jam select (extra) less sweet. Preserved. Weight of content 100g. Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, citrus pectin, lemon juice, lyophilized Kampot pepper. 110g of fruit was used per 100g of finished product. 100g of product contains 52g natural sweeteners. This is our pre -Christmas limited edition of marmalades in a gift set with three kinds of campaign pepper. You can enjoy either strawberry jam, which together with jam paired with the intense taste of the lyophilized campaign pepper, and you can also try a combination of red orange with red pepper full of fruit flavors, which won the bronze medal on the World Marmalade Awards.

Red and green lyophilized Kampot pepper

Red pepper is a specificity Kampot CH plantations on which pepper grains are let up to deep red color full of fructose. Subsequently, they are collected and dried in the sun, giving their characteristic dark red color.

Due to the high sugar proportion, red pepper has a unique taste profile full of fruit and floral tones. It is perfect for cold kitchens, salads, risotto or soups, but also special sweet desserts and mixed drinks.

We wrapped the jam in beautiful glasses of 100 grams, which were imprinted by the flair and the individuality of our black ceramic pictograms. They were made by the social therapeutic workshop of Hope Otrokovice, and 5 CZK from each glass sold is going to them! We put glasses with marmalades in a cardboard box of Kartoons design studio, along with the selection of our dried Kampot CH pepper 3x10g.
