Green lyophilized pepper brings the most fresh taste of green pepper grains.

Even in this case, expect a pepper taste full of pungency in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green lyophilized pepper combines fresh tones of freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus with a fine dot of sea salt taste.

Dark red Kampot pepper In the mouth, it unleashes the explosion of fruit tones accompanied by a finer burrow. Dark red pepper grains initially release fragrant tones of bloody oranges, cranberries and elderberries, supported by characteristic tones of cedar and lemon balm with a fine tint of tobacco leaves. After a while, the heart of the dark red pepper, which resembles a yeast dough, a new spice along with roasted malt begins to show. It is a very dense fragrance that gradually moves into Assam black tea, and at the end the tones of the cedar are again manifested.

Composition: roasted cores of cashew nuts 85 %, flower honey with edible chestnut and thyme 9 %, Himalayan salt 2.5 %, Kampot pepper dark red 1.5 %, Kampot Pepper green lyophilized with salt 1 %, dried lemon peel 1 %. It can contain traces of gluten, milk, other shell fruits, peanuts, sesame and soy.
