Composition

Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a gentler spiciness.

Initially, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the characteristic aromas of Kampot pepper begin to unfold — citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and earthier tones of sourdough bread crust.

Ingredients: Atlantic salmon, sea salt 3 %, red Kampot pepper 1 %. 100 g of product was made from 300 g of Atlantic salmon.
