Black pepper releases tones of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme when ground, accompanied by the scent of lime peel. These gradually flow into a coastal aroma with developing fruity tones. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Who said that stars belong only in the sky? Our fourth edition of .pepper..gin is arguably the most beautiful thing we've ever created in delicacies. And why wouldn't it be - we were inspired by a starry night sky, Christmas, and the festive mood that accompanies it. Martin Žufánek mixed for us in this unique bottle - according to him, a blend of black Kampot pepper and Christmas herbs and spices that can never be replicated again, subtly reminiscent of Czech Christmas. The black and silver label in the shape of our iconic pictogram resembles the night sky, just like the light hint of starry glitter floating inside the bottle. Simply, our star fallen from the sky transformed into a perfect gift!

It is our fourth edition of .pepper..gin, this time featuring black Kampot pepper in the main role. Expect the pure taste of fine spirits, a light touch of lemon balm or orange peel. If you don't mind drinking such an elegant product, we recommend serving it neat or with dry tonic. Complement it with a few Kampot peppercorns to complete the perfect experience!
