Cooperation

Collaboration with Živina: taste experiences that won't let you sleep.

We created this orange beauty in collaboration with Živina, which has taken the Czech market by storm with its perfect kimchi, but it has much more to offer. Martin Kudera and his wife penetrate the deepest molecules of each ingredient, try to get to know it as much as possible and, with their motto "yummy", create quality Czech products that will perfectly flavor every meal.

At the end are great sauces, nut butters, jams and other products that won't let you sleep and you will need to taste each of them.

Composition

Black pepper, when ground, releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime peel.

These gradually flow into a seaside aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and the earthy tones of the mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Ingredients: Hokkaido pumpkin (60%), tomatoes (18%), fresh tomato juice (6.5%), red onion (6%), cane sugar, organic agave syrup, fermented spirit vinegar, table salt, garlic, fresh lime juice, a mixture of dried spices. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, celery, soy and mustard.

Store in a dark, cool and dry place, after opening keep in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to +7 °C and use within 3 weeks. Min. shelf life of 6 months.

Characteristics

A really brisk pumpkin ride hidden in a 350g jar brings a whole new perspective to the popular Hokkaido pumpkin.

You can call it ketchup, but we prefer to call it a pumpkin, which is just as fun as its fall Halloween carving cousins.

In cooperation with Živina, we really sharpened it with black Kampot pepper and thus created a great sauce that goes well with fries and meat, or you can flavor your pasta with it.

Usage

How you enrich your kitchen with pumpkin ketchup is up to you.

If you prefer its cold version, it can become a great partner for roasted vegetables, cheeses, fries and gives a great kick to the taste of meat.

If you decide to give pumpkin a little warm touch, be sure to try it as a pasta sauce. Just add a little water, butter, cream or stock to the pan, and then just pour it over the pasta you just fished out of the boiling water bath. Don't forget to put a good amount of cheese on top and add sage or another herb.

Packaging

Simple, sustainable and beautiful, that's our motto, which we try to follow for all our packaging.

This also applies to ketchup from Živina, which we fill in glass containers. These can be easily recycled, or you can think about how you can give them a second life as part of upcycling. Wouldn't a flower suit the glass?
