The high-quality Chefs' Touch spice blends are the result of a collaboration with acclaimed Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge from the early seasons of MasterChef and head chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He teamed up with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaros to create the perfect final seasoning for the kitchen and the grill, suitable for all types of dishes.

This blend was designed to highlight the natural flavor of freshwater, lake and sea fish and give them perfect depth, along with the zesty freshness of citrus, mint and aromatic tarragon – ingredients that are simply indispensable when it comes to fish and shrimp.

Composition

Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a milder pungency.


At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, gradually transitioning into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the most distinctive aromas of Kampot pepper begin to unfold — citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Ingredients: Red Kampot pepper 71%, lemon peel 10%, mint 7%, salt 7%, tarragon 4.5%.

Usage

Chefs’ Touch FISH is ideal for all kinds of fish, seafood and light grilled dishes.

It’s also perfect for seasoning fresh salads, fish carpaccio and side dishes, where it brings a fresh note and gentle spiciness.

Packaging

We pack the blend of Kampot pepper and spices into resealable bags of 40 grams.

Thanks to the materials used and a special bag sealing technology, no air or moisture gets into the blend. This way, the mixture retains the authentic taste and aroma of Kampot pepper even after opening the bag. After using it up, you can upcycle the bags as part of sustainability and continue to reuse them in many different ways. Each pack also includes a brochure that tells the story of the world's best pepper and introduces the .pepper..field universe.

Store in undamaged packaging, in clean and dry warehouses for food, at temperatures between +5 and +25 °C, with a relative humidity of max. 70 %.
