Čongrády products are based on a family recipe created by grandfather Štefan Čongrády.

Štefan Čongrády’s granddaughter, Zuzana, and her husband Tomáš are now building on his experience. They have taken over the family tradition of preparing honest pâtés and meat products and are bringing homemade products made only from natural ingredients back to the table. They carefully choose suppliers – all the meat is from Czech farms.

We love Čongrády products because they taste so good you'll want to eat them all the time. In addition to Czech-sourced meat, LOK LAK is free of gluten, chemical preservatives, and substitutes. The meat is preserved using only salt and sterilization.

Composition

Black pepper, which we added to LOK LAK, releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor and thyme when ground, accompanied by the aroma of lime peel.

These gradually blend into a coastal aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of the mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Slow-roasted beef with Kampot pepper, heat-treated meat product, canned

Ingredients: Front beef CZ min. 50 %, drinking water, soy sauce (water, sugar, salt, 40 % SOY beans, WHEAT flour, ingredients, natural spices), oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, 62 % SOY beans, WHEAT flour, water, salt, sugar), tapioca starch, OYSTER flavor, coloring: caramel E150a, thickener: xanthan gum E415, hydrolyzed vegetable protein with beef flavor (hydrolyzed vegetable protein, maltodextrin, beef flavor), preservative: potassium sorbate E202, white wine vinegar (white wine, antioxidant: potassium metabisulfite E224), pork lard, cane sugar, corn starch, granulated garlic, Kampot black pepper 0.5 %.

Allergens: Cereals containing gluten, Crustaceans and products thereof, Soybeans and products thereof, sulfur dioxide and sulfites.

Storage: Store unopened can in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between 5—30 °C. After opening, store in a refrigerator at 8 °C and consume within 2 days.

Proto jsme se rozhodli, že tento tradiční recept na kvalitní hovězí v pepřové omáčce přineseme našim zákazníkům až domů! Budete se oblizovat za ušima, stejně jako my na kambodžském tržišti!

Ve spolupráci s Čongrády jsme vyrobili LOK LAK – pomalu tažené české hovězí s pepřovou omáčkou – jen sůl, černý Kampotský pepř, troška cukru a limetka. Kompletně dochuceno a připraveno tak, abyste sklenici jen ohřáli a servírovali s rýží. Balení obsahuje minimálně 2 porce.
