White chocolate is made from strictly selected cocoa beans in organic quality obtained directly from farmers in South America. The family chocolate factory Herůfek processes beans using traditional methods, thanks to which it obtains the most delicate chocolate that literally melts on your tongue.

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, minimum cocoa solids content 40%. All types of nuts, peanuts and milk are processed in production.

Individual types of Kampot pepper differ from each other in their taste and aroma, which you can hardly find in pepper bought in ordinary supermarkets.

Rarered Kampot pepperis an explosion of fruity notes with a gentler burn. At first, notes of rose and rosehip fruit dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the more characteristic aromas of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.
