The high-quality Chefs' Touch spice blends are the result of a collaboration with acclaimed Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge from the early seasons of MasterChef and head chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He teamed up with German Michelin-starred chef Patrik Jaros to create the perfect final seasoning for the kitchen and the grill, suitable for all types of dishes.

This blend contains carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to prepare unique dishes for this year's barbecue. Try the combination of spicy Kampot pepper, fine salt flower and sugar with chili, which will give your dark meat dishes that much-loved sweet-spicy flavor.

Composition

Black pepper, when ground, releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime peel.

These gradually flow into a seaside aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and the earthy tones of the mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Ingredients: Black Kampot pepper 36%, salt 29%, sugar 14.5%, crushed chili 8.5%, dried onion 5.5%, dried garlic 5.5%.

We pack the blend of Kampot pepper and spices into resealable bags of 40 grams.

Thanks to the materials used and a special bag sealing technology, no air or moisture gets into the blend. This way, the mixture retains the authentic taste and aroma of Kampot pepper even after opening the bag. After using it up, you can upcycle the bags as part of sustainability and continue to reuse them in many different ways.
