Everything you’ve ever needed from us has been combined into one economic and ecological set that allows you to easily switch pepper colors by simply unscrewing the grinding mechanism.

We placed the pepper into a glass container for maximum clarity, so during cooking you can grind various colors without any limits – quickly, clearly, and anytime.

Grinding mechanism

The mechanism is ceramic and patented by the world’s leading manufacturer of ceramic mechanisms

– the Danish company CrushGrind®, which you may already know from our other grinders. The unique “upside-down” placement of the mechanism ensures that no debris ever touches your table. Customizable grind settings are a given.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind size of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.


The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper’s flavor will be. On the other hand, larger fragments will give the dish more of the specific exotic notes of Kampot pepper.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but rather pour the peppercorns directly from the packaging into the chamber, using a spoon or funnel to help. Also, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. Never use water or chemical agents to do so. A cloth, small brush, and a drop of olive oil will do. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and handle it with care, especially over steam.

This series of grinders combines glass with a high-quality and aesthetic biocomposite material made from cellulose fibers based on wood from certified, sustainably managed forests. This material gives the products a warm, natural, and pleasant design suitable for any kitchen. At the same time, it is highly resistant to stains.

The material has a low carbon footprint and, unlike biomaterials based on crops, this biocomposite does not enter the food production chain. The set is delivered in a tailor-made cardboard box measuring 25 x 16.5 x 6 cm. The grinder itself is 13 cm tall. This set cannot be engraved.
