We purchase the pepper from small family farms under direct trade conditions, ensuring a fair compensation for every cultivator, and we aim to promote this approach among other traders. Kampot pepper is categorized into three primary colors, distinguished by the processing of the pepper vine's fruits. The dark red pepper can literally be called a fine selection of the berries. It consists of strictly selected red grains achieving the highest color intensity of their skin. This reveals a genuinely high fructose content and a unique flavor profile of these grains that you will adore. Thanks to the meticulous selection adhering to the strict quality standards for Kampot-exported pepper set by the Kampot Pepper Association, only the very best grains are handpicked. They are then vacuum-sealed to preserve their quality and freshness during their journey to Europe, where they are further selected, packed, and delivered right to your table.

The different varieties of Kampot pepper differ in their taste and aroma, nuances you'd hardly find in the pepper purchased from standard supermarkets. The rare dark red Kampot pepper ignites an explosion of fruity notes in the mouth, accompanied by a milder spiciness.
