Martin and Tomáš have been on the market for a long time and have their customers' taste buds read to the last taste bud. .pepper..field became the first external brand with which they joined forces and created a unique product from the best ingredients, which is literally to be eaten.

Composition

Green freeze-dried pepper brings the freshest taste of green peppercorns.

In this case, too, expect a peppery taste full of pungency in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green freeze-dried pepper combines fresh tones of freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus with a delicate hint of sea salt.

Dark red Kampot pepper unleashes an explosion of fruity tones in the mouth accompanied by a subtle pungency. Dark red peppercorns initially release fragrant tones of blood oranges, cranberries and elderberries, underpinned by characteristic tones of cedar and lemon balm with a subtle hint of tobacco leaves. After a while, the heart of dark red pepper begins to manifest, reminiscent of yeast dough, allspice together with roasted malt. It is a very dense aroma that gradually transitions into black Assam tea, and in the end, tones of cedar appear again.

Ingredients: Roasted cashew kernels 85%, flower honey with edible chestnut and thyme 9%, Himalayan salt 2.5%, dark red Kampot pepper 1.5%, freeze-dried green Kampot pepper with salt 1%, dried lemon peel 1%. May contain traces of gluten, milk, other nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy.

Nutritional information per 100g: Energy value 2096 kJ / 500.72 kcal, fat 37g (of which saturated fatty acids 6.6g), carbohydrates 33g (of which sugars 12g), fiber 2.8g, protein 15g, and salt 2.47g.

We complemented the taste of premium oven-roasted cashews with a sweet caress of rich chestnut honey and for a real kick, we threw in two of our winning Kampot peppers.

Spicy green freeze-dried Kampot pepper, which won the world's highest gastronomic award, GOLDEN FORK, adds a real zing to the mixture, while Cambodia's treasure in the form of sweet, dark red Kampot pepper adds exotic fruity notes.

Usage

There are plenty of ways to enjoy this blend.

Just pour it into a bowl and snack on it while watching a movie in the evening. Try adding the taste of roasted cashews, chestnut honey, and Kampot pepper to Asian dishes, or sprinkle the nuts on your morning muesli.
