The novelty with white Kampot pepper, salt flower from the Cambodian salt pans and honey from the garden of Martin Žufánek himself has so far the most distinct pepper taste of all the gins we have ever created.

The Italian chef Matteo De Carli added so many typical flavors of Cambodia with the freshness of lemon peel and a mixture of herbs, which make eating this new product an absolutely otherworldly experience.

Individual types of Kampot pepper differ from each other in their taste and aroma, which you can hardly find in pepper bought in ordinary supermarkets.

White pepperit is a gentle but still peppery caress of the taste buds. After it is ground, the aromas of camphor, sage and cedar wood develop, accompanied by the delicate aroma of nutmeg, grapefruit and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in your mouth, you can feel notes of nutmeg, thyme flower and lemon balm underpinned by aromas of cedar and black tea.
